Lecture for Nuclear Weapons Citizens’ Lecture on Nuclear Weapons Abolition – Toward a Nuclear Weapons-Free World on the 80th year of the Atomic bombing

The PCU Nagasaki Council for Nuclear Weapons Abolition, a joint organization of Nagasaki Prefecture, Nagasaki City, and Nagasaki University, held the first public lecture on nuclear weapons abolition this year at the Atomic Bomb Museum Hall in Nagasaki City. This series of five lectures, the first of which was held on Saturday, May 18 under the theme of “Planetary Health and Nuclear Weapons Abolition: For the Health of the Earth and Humans,” was presented by Professor Fumihiko Yoshida, Director of the RECNA Center and Professor Fumiko Kasuga of the Graduate School of Tropical Medicine and Global Health of Nagasaki University.
